Saiyan
Saiyans ranked D and lower can achieve the next rank one thread per month by becoming an oozaru. In this form they rampage and techniques must be purchased to control it.
The cost of gaining power level is reduced by 10z for each purchase.
Tail Weakness, if grabbed they become paralyzed. Can be removed at cost of losing oozaru.

Changeling
Begin play at tier 3. Note that advancement of techniques and power level is more expensive due to being higher tier.

Namekian
Regeneration
10z off on all technique and upgrade purchases.

Majin
Regeneration
Can absorb defeated opponents of their tier or higher, gaining +10% pl.
Majin deal and receive -10% less damage with all techs excluding basic attacks.

Bio-Android
Regeneration
Can absorb defeated opponents of their tier or higher, gaining +10% pl.
May not purchase pl boosts.
Must absorb a challenging opponent at tier 3 to achieve tier 4. This rank up is free.
Must absorb a challenging opponent at tier 5 to achieve tier 6. This rank up is free.

Demons
Offensive techniques are 10% more powerful, this exclude fisticuffs/ki blasts.
The cost of gaining power level is reduced by 10z for each purchase.

Humanoid
Begin play with two of the following
10z off on all technique and upgrade purchases.
10% boost in power to using fisticuffs.
10% reduced price on rank up.
10% off item prices
Begin Play at tier 1.

Higher tier characters receive a penalty on purchases equal to their tier rank *2 (excluding rank ups). For instance a tier 3 character will have costs increased by +30 for techniques and upgrades. The costs below reflect a tier 0 characters price.

Fisticuffs/Ki blasts- Free.
Nonchargeable attacks that do 10% of pl in damage at the cost of no stamina. May not be upgraded.

New Technique- 50 points.
Offensive techniques- By default a technique works at 20% of total pl in strength and does not charge.

Upgrade to technique- 20/30/40/50 points (4 maximum per technique).
Offensive Upgrades (each upgrade increases stamina cost by 1)
Power: +10% power per upgrade.
Charging: The techniques adds its own power after a turn. This does not cost additional stamina. By default this would work at a rate of 20<40. Additional upgrades allow longer charge times, all four upgrades would look like 20<40<60<80<100.
Piercing: Negates armor abilities.
Homing: Costs 2 additional stamina to dodge.
Multi: Adds an additional target.
Dot: Doubles the base power of the technique. Damage is divided over five turns. Additional upgrades reduce turns divided by 1.

After Image- Free.
After Image- Dodges an attack. Consumes 5 points of stamina.
Upgrades 30/50/70/100 (maximum of 4)
Stamina Reduction: Decrease stamina consumption by 1. This may be taken three times.
Multi Image- Homing techniques cost only 1 additional stamina to dodge.

Armor Technique- 50 points
Armor Technique- Absorbs 10% pl of damage.
Upgrades 20/30/40/50 (each upgrade increases stamina cost by 1)
Armor Strength: +10% armor per upgrade.
Resilience: Piercing attacks only halve the protection rather than negating.
Multi- Target an additional ally.

Interrupt Techniques- 50 points
A target must consume a stamina or drop their charge.
Upgrades 20/30/40/50
A target must consume an additional stamina. Take up to twice.
This technique may do an uncharged 10% damage to the target.

100z+ for +10% power level. This rate will be calculated into your total power level. Your total power level will be that of your rank plus this percentage.

Tier Up.
You must have the previous tier in order to gain the next one. Be warned that raising your tier will raise your overall price for both techniques and power level updates. This will be the base rate of your power level.
1 0z (100pl)
2 200z (5,000pl)
3 600z (25,000pl)
4 1100z (50,000pl)
5 1700z (100,000pl)
6 2300z (150,000pl)
7 3000z (200,000pl)
8 4000z (250,000pl)

Techniques
30z+ for a new technique. A technique begins at 20% power and does not charge.
30z+ Posts for first upgrade.
50z+ Posts for second upgrade.
60z+ Posts for third upgrade.
80z+ Posts for fourth upgrade.

Upgrade List (1 per upgrade)
Power: +20% starting power on a technique.
Charge: Technique can charge for one additional round, doubling its power. For example (20>40>80>160>320>640). This technique can't be stacked with DOTs.
DOT: +50% power to the technique. The entire damage of the technique is divided into five rounds. You may use upgrades to reduce the damage by one turn down to a total of 2 turns. This technique can not be stacked with charging.
Tracking: Technique as twice as hard to dodge.
Piercing: Armor techniques and items do not function.
Multi: +1 additional target

Human/Saiyans
Half-Saiyans ranked D and lower can achieve the next rank one thread per month by becomming an oozaru. In this form they rampage and techniques must be purchased to control it.
Tail Weakness, if grabbed they become paralyzed. Can be removed at cost of losing oozaru.
10% discount to techniques
10% discount on items

Human/Demons
10% discount to items.
10% discount to techniques.
